Ordered Oct 29, posted to credit company on 30th, but as of Nov 13, have'nt received a shipment or even update on shipment. I reached out twice through their website and still no response on update. I don't think company should charge credit card until it is sent.

Perfect!

I have always liked perfectly finished edges on things that I own. I cannot sew but I am trying to learn a few things that I could fix myself instead of looking for someone outside. When I first saw this product on youtube I searched everywhere but couldn't find any other that'd give the same results, got hooked on it and decided to make an order. I tried it for the first time and it took me literally 10minutes to make it work. For someone who can barely sew a straight stitch, it was extremely exciting and motivational that I made my mom a handkerchief with her initial on it. I am glad I bought this product and I will definitely get the other ones in future. In addition, Clare responded to my queries swiftly and went beyond her way to confirm my doubts. This nature of customer service is exceptional. Grateful, from India.

I received the foot very quickly from the United States, I was a bit worried about ordering as I live the UK. The company kept me up to date as to the progress of my order so alleviated any issues. Satin Edge Foot.

I love the Satin Edge foot! I tried it out as soon as I got it. I sewed a couple quilt blocks together and was amazed. I finally sewed a straight, 1/4" seam! No wobbles, no problems. It snapped right on to my presser foot shaft and I adjusted the glide and BOOM! There it was, all ready to go. Love it.
