Warranty

We maintain a lifetime 1- time exchange warranty on our Creative Feet sewing machine presser feet and Octi-Hoops free motion embroidery hoops. All other products are excluded from this warranty as we are not the manufacturer of all the items we sell.

This is a guarantee that the products will be free from defective material and workmanship for this period from the original date of purchase. Creative Feet agrees to repair or replace, at its sole discretion, a defective product that is returned to us, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

This warranty does not extend to any products which have been subject to misuse, neglect, accident, or to use in violation of operating instructions furnished by us, nor extend to any units altered or repaired for warranty defect by anyone other than Creative Feet (unless repaired with permission). This warranty is for the original purchaser only.

This is an exchange for part warranty and does not include shipping and handling costs. The original purchaser submits a photo of only feet made beginning in 1994 when Creative Feet became a one size fits all style. If you have a product that has a shank attached, this does not fall under our exchange warranty policy. However, we offer special rates upon request and with purchase proof allowing you to switch from the brand specific model to the multi-model design. This is a new purchase at a lower rate than our MSRP and only through us. You pay a lower price for the new product and the shipping costs and enjoy the newer model. Reach out with clear photos showing all parts close enough for us to see clearly and then ask us what the cost is and shipping. We generate an invoice, you pay and we send the new product to you.

This warranty does not cover any incidental or consequential damages and is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied and no representative or person is authorized to assume for us any other liability in connection with the sale of our products (without written authorization). Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, and/or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to the original customer.
